Patsy Helen Tignor Parker, 78, of Maceo, Kentucky passed away on February 7, 2024, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. She was born August 31, 1945, in Owensboro to the late Helen Tignor. Patsy retired from Ragu and was of the Baptist faith. She loved spending her spare time shopping and was a UK fan.
Along with her mother, Patsy was preceded in death by her sister, Vickie Lynn Tignor, who passed away in 1970; her brother, David Wayne Tignor, who passed away in 2013; her 1st husband of 42 years, David K. “Butch” James; and a pet dog Drake.
Patsy is survived by her husband of 10 years, Don Ray Parker; her children, Kenny Wayne Powers of Louisville, Tina Kay Higdon of Fordsville, Michael (Samantha) James of Calhoun; 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; her brother, Roy Lee Tignor of Louisville; her best friend, Mary Jo Dant; and her pet dog, Zeus.
