Judy Ann Vance Rhodes, 62, of Philpot, passed away at her home on Monday, January 15, 2024. She was born in Daviess County on December 18, 1961 to the late James Vance and Patsy Bell. Judy was a Financial Manager at the Pentagon for 15 years with the Air Force. She enjoyed crocheting but mostly loved spending time with her grandchildren.
Judy is survived by her husband of 43 years, Richard Rhodes; their children, Daniel Rhodes, Jason Rhodes and Laura (Kevin) Fritz; grandchildren Joseph and Henry Fritz; and siblings, Gail (Randy) Belcher and Randy (Jennifer) Vance.
A funeral mass will be said on Thursday, January 18, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. at St. Lawrence Catholic Church in Philpot, KY. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 17 and from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 18 2024 at Cecil Funeral Home in Whitesville, KY.
