Joshua Cameron “Story” Story, 45, of Owensboro, passed away Thursday, January 11, 2024 of natural causes at his home. He was born July 13, 1978 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Michael Cameron Story and Nancy Beam Mollett. Josh worked in the service industry. He enjoyed basketball, music, going to concerts, taking vacations to the beach and playing ping pong. Josh was an amusement park enthusiast. His greatest passion was his children. Josh loved spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his children, Madalyn Weissend (Ronnie), Kinsley Goetz, Collin Grace Story, and Miller Prince Story; mother and stepfather, Nancy and Ralph Mollett; father and stepmother, Michael and Brenda Story; sister, Aimee Greer (Brett); niece, Olivia Crisp (Glen); great-nephew, Liam Crisp; and a granddaughter, Amelia Weissend.
Visitation is from 3 to 7 p.m. on Friday, January 19, 2024 at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be held at a later date.
