Marilyn Zeller, 69, of Henderson KY passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2023 at Deaconess Gateway Hospital in Newburgh, IN. She was born in DeKalb, Illinois on August 30, 1954. Marilyn grew up at Wendell Foster in Owensboro, KY and lived there for many years. She then moved to a group home and lived there until her passing.
Even though Marilyn didn’t have any biological family in her life, she was loved by many. Annette (Nichols) George and family began taking Marilyn home for holidays and birthdays since 1986 making her part of their family. And most importantly was her wonderful family of caregivers with Strategic Partnership. She couldn’t have lived the wonderful life she led without your help and love.
Although Marilyn was mostly deaf and mute, she had her way of letting you know what she wanted or needed. She was always happy to see everyone and loved her cat Angel, which passed away a few years ago. She loved watching movies and playing on her tablet.
She will be laid to rest at Serenity Hills Cemetery in Hawesville, KY at a later date. James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of her arrangements.
