Marvin Ray Hall, 74, of Owensboro passed away at his home on November 26, 2023. He was born to James Harding Hall and Betty Sue Young on November 14, 1949, in Daviess County.
Marvin was a simple man who loved drinking black coffee, watching game shows such as the Price is Right and World Series Poker, and going to the casino. Above all though, he loved his grandchildren and spent as much time with them as he could.
Marvin was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, David Ywell Belcher.
Left to cherish his memory are his children, James (Morgan) Hall, Billy Hill, Donald (Ashley) Yancey, and Jesse Boyle; sister, Cinda (Jerry) Kost-Brill; grandchildren, Haisleigh, A’layla, Wade, and Owen; and caretaker and friend, Julie Baker.
A celebration of life will take place on Friday, December 1, 2023, from 3pm to 6pm at His Church, 4810 Frederica Street, Owensboro, KY 42301.
