CENTRAL CITY – Scotty Wayne Risley, 51, of Central City, died Tuesday, November 21, 2023 at 2:05AM at Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital in Greenville. Mr. Risley was born June 15, 1972 in Muhlenberg County. He was of the Baptist Faith and worked as a Network Analyst for the State of Kentucky. He was preceded in death by his father, Donald Risley; and sister, Dawna Turley.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Bolton Risley; children, Dakota Dalton, and Jeffery Risley; three grandchildren; and mother, Joyce (Joe) Grider.
Funeral services will be Friday, November 24, 2023 at 12PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Roger Heltsley officiating. Burial in Cherry Hill Cemetery.
