BELTON – Amanda Beth Holman, 33, of Belton, went home to be with God on Wednesday, November 15th 2023. Mrs. Holman was born March 12, 1990 in Lexington, KY. In the thirty-three years she lived, she became so many irreplaceable things to so many people. She was a devoted mother, wife, daughter, sister, friend, teacher, counselor, and more. She was an involved member of the Cleaton Baptist Church, where she started the Art for God program to encourage youths to use their talents. Her love of art and uplifting others led her to pursue a career where her creativity could help even more. She taught visual arts, creative writing, and culinary skills with the Breathe Youth Arts program at Light of Chance, a non-profit she had a lot of faith in, even continuing on to become a Community Support Associate for their Recovery Residence, Emerge Living LLC. Her family, friends, and community meant the world to her and being able to use her passions in a way that brought others purpose, direction, and joy always brought with it her familiar contagious smile. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ernest Bean II, and Barbara Bean.
She is survived by her husband, John Holman; son, Beau Ernest Holman; father, Ernest Bean III; mother, Betty Jo Cordray; brothers, Forest Wayne Rice, and Robert Aaron Rice; and sisters, Nicole Hall, Brooklyn Cordray, and Katie Cordray.
