Rodney Neil Duggins, Sr., 91 of Owensboro, passed away on November 11, 2023 while under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky. He was born on December 21, 1931 in Owensboro to the late Eride Earl & Ada Bertha Duggins. Rodney was retired lineman from OMU after 40 years of services and was a United States Navy Veteran.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Rodney Neil Duggins, Jr.; and siblings, Ruth Head, Clyde Duggins, Virgie Clark and Alice Horsley.
Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Ann Duggins; son, Mark Duggins, daughter; Pamela Meier; five grandchildren, Amber, Josh, Ryan, Megan, and Cybelle; and several great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday at James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will be in Pleasant Grove Cemetery, Sorgho. Visitation is from 2 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday and after 9:00 a.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home.
