Judy Bartley Howard, 66, of Dickson, Tennessee, formerly of Owensboro, passed away on Saturday, November 4, 2023 in Dickson. She was born December 7, 1956 in Daviess County to the late Donald and Norine Bowen Bartley. Judy was a homemaker and loving wife, Momma, , and Maw. She had a huge heart and loving personality. She loved her Tennessee Titans football, U.K. basketball, and her favorite dog Millie.
Surviving are her husband of 47 years, Michael Leon Howard; daughter, Mellony Anderson and husband Steven of Columbia, Tennessee; son, Gavin Howard and wife Monse of Dickson; grandchildren, Emma Anderson and fiancé Matthew Eisler, Evan Anderson, Sawyer Howard, and a brand new baby boy Leon Isaac Howard; and a sister, LaDonna Stokes of Owensboro.
Funeral services will be 10 AM Saturday, November 11, at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. Burial will follow in Owensboro Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 3 PM until 7 PM Friday and from 9 AM until the time of the service Saturday at the funeral home.
