Yesenia Magnolia Olvera

Yesenia Magnolia Olvera gained her angel wings on September 20, 2023. She was born on June 21, 2023, in Owensboro to Jarek “Miguel” Olvera and Orion Dawn Olvera.

Yesenia is the happiest and cheesiest baby. She loves to show her big smile to anyone who is around her and it would light up any room that she’s in. She loves interacting with people and making faces. She loves to dance in front of the mirror with her mom and sister. Although her time here on Earth was short the impression she left will always be remembered.

Yesenia was preceded in death by her grandfather, Frederick Dennis Lawson, and her uncle, Dakota Justus Roberts.

Along with her parents, Yesenia is survived by her big sister, Kayzleigh; grandparents, Brian Haynes, Jenni (David) Frasure, Rachel Ward, Patricia Lawson, and Antonio Olvera; aunts, Shai Cupples, Bioncee Haynes, Kalie Ward, Shirley Gomez, and Candelaria Olvera; uncles, Robert Ward, Mathew Ward, and Fernando Olvera; great-aunt, Lea Ann Alvey; and cousins, Iris Young and Ashton Keller.

Services will be 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 25, 2023, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial to follow at Rosehill-Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Monday, September 25, 2023, at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory.
