Hugh F. Mullen, 68, of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away September 5, 2023. He was born on February 5, 1955, in Daviess County to the late Paul Anthony Mullen and Beulah Baker Mullen.
Hugh is survived by his son, Paul (Abby) Mullen, and his granddaughter, Ally Mullen.
