Ronnie Franklin Pyle, 82, of Greenville, died Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 2:57AM under the care of Hospice of Western Kentucky in Owensboro. Mr. Pyle was born February 15, 1941 in Madisonville. He was a member of Jernigans Chapel United Methodist Church in Greenville. He worked as a non-union Face Boss for Peabody and was a US Air Force veteran. He adored his grandchildren and they lit his fire. He enjoyed watching KY Basketball. He was an avid Bowler and was proud of the 298 that he posted. He is preceded in death by his parents, Russel and Opal Pyle; and sister, Jane Brown.
He is survived by his wife, Janice Pyle; sons, Russ Pyle, and Neal (Angela) Pyle; grandchildren, Christian (Julia) Pyle, Nadia Pyle, and Jocelyn Pyle; and nieces and nephews, Dale and Russel.
Funeral services will be Saturday, September 2, 2023 at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Neal Pyle officiating. Burial in Jernigan Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30AM-11AM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
