Patricia Albert, 75, of Owensboro, passed on August 15, 2023, in her home surrounded by family. She was born March 22, 1948, to parents John and Catherine Spinks. Patricia was a beloved mother and grandmother who loved her family deeply.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Frank Albert; and children, Douglas Miller, Scotty Miller, Dwight Miller, and Crystal Miller-Hill; as well as many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
