Adrianna Surrell age 31 of Hardinsburg, KY died on August 13, 2023 at Norton Hospital in Louisville, KY. She was born in Owensboro, Ky on October 8, 1991 to Charles William Surrell, Jr . and Ellen Surrell. She was a member of First Baptist Church. Adrianna enjoyed singing, dancing , dressing up and looking her best. She was also a fan of UK basketball.
She was preceded in death by her father, Charles “Deuce” Surrell and sister, Reshanna Robertson.
Adrianna is survived by her son, Dominique Ashby of Owensboro, KY and her daughter, Daleigha Surrell of Lexington, KY

Visitation and funeral services will be held on Monday, August 21, 2023 at Talbert Chapel United Methodist Church
Visitation will begin at 10:30 with funeral services at 12:00 PM
Burial will be in Hardinsburg Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Adrianna Surrell Memorial Fund in care of Trent-Dowell Funeral Home
