BEECHMONT – Randall Carroll Payne, 76, of Beechmont, died Thursday, July 6, 2023, at 5:38PM at Baptist Health Deaconess Madisonville. Mr. Payne was born February 19, 1947, in Larue County, KY. He was a heavy equipment operator in the coal mines, and was of the Baptist faith. He was a hard worker, enjoyed old cars, and spending time with his grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Carrie Payne; parents, James and Mildred Payne; sisters, Patty Payne and Donna Jean Payne; and brother, Barry Payne.
He is survived by his sons, Randall C. Payne, II of Beechmont and Ryan Neal (Amanda) Payne of Central City; grandchildren, Stormie Payne, Haley (Amadeo) Percy, Madison Payne, and Bryer Payne; sister, Kathy DeArmond; and brothers, Jimmy Payne and Teddy Ray Payne.
Funeral services will be Monday, July 10, 2023, at 11:00AM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City, with David Anderson officiating. Burial in Evergreen Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 5-8PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
