Richard Jay Pendley, 53, of Newburg, IN passed away on Monday, July 2, 2023 at Majestic Care of Newburg in Newburg, IN. He was our beloved son, brother, uncle, and best friend. He was born in Greenville on June 12, 1970 the son of E. T. Pendley and Billie Lorraine Bullock.
He was preceded in death by his dearly loved son R. J., his mother Billie, and his grandparents Elwood and Verlie Pendley and William and Lorraine Bullock.
He leaves behind his father and bonus mom E. T. and Carolyn Pendley, his sister Carol (Ray) Groves, his niece Britanie (Billy) Gilbert, his nephew Brandon (Vicky) Groves, several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
There will be no visitation.
Memorial services will be private. Gary’s Funeral Home in Greenville is in charge of arrangements.
