Waylen James Buchanan, infant, was born and died on Tuesday, June 27, 2023, at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville.
Waylen is survived by his parents, Johnathan and Jasmine Buchanan; and grandparents, John and Robin Buchanan, and Susan Carter.
