BEECH CREEK – Rosa Lee Dennis, 80, of Beech Creek, died Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7:25AM at her residence. Ms. Dennis was born November 15, 1942 in Ebenezer. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church and was retired from housekeeping at Maple Manor. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan, and Nora Lee Ward; daughters, Dana Fleming, and Michelle Fleming; and sisters, Diana Kay Zimmerman, Mary Dean Tate, and Barbara Neil Vaught.
She is survived by her daughter, Darla Jo Beadnell; sons, David (Joejie) Neil Dennis, and Charles Brian Dennis; brother, Ivan Wayne Ward; sisters, Teresa Brand, and Alisa Chambers; and grandchildren, Amanda Ferrell, Meghan Fleming, Cole Dennis, Ashton Dennis, and Ashley Dennis; and five great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 12:00PM at Tucker Funeral Home in Central City with Bro. Joe Chambers officiating. Burial in Nebo Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 10:00AM-12:00PM at the funeral home. Online condolences may be made at www.tuckerfuneralhomes.com.
