Alexis Sierra Yakubovich, age 16 of Harned, KY passed away May 28, 2023 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. She was born in Bowling Green, KY on April 25, 2007. She was a member of CDKL5 Atypical Rett Syndrome support group. Alexis enjoyed listening to music, watching Tinkerbell and all things outdoors – especially fishing and camping.
She is survived by her parents – Michael and Tabatha Yakubovich of Harned, KY
1 brother – Michael Anthony Yakubovich, Jr. of Harned, KY
2 sisters – Tia Clark of Radcliff, KY and Ragan Nelson of Murray, KY
4 nieces – Levana, Cathilynn, Aiyana and Caralee Clark
