Jean Morris Brown, age 93 of Hardinsburg, KY passed away May 7, 2023 at Breckinridge Memorial Nursing Facility. She was born in McQuady, KY on November 4, 1929, daughter of the late Willie Oscar and Sudie Franklin Rusher Morris. She is a member of Corinth Baptist Church and a homemaker. Jean enjoyed working in her flower beds, cooking for her family and playing Bingo. She loved be surrounded by her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Ralph Brown, son Mark Brown, siblings Jennie Stilwell, Dorothy Weatherford, Georgia Williams, Louise Brown, Bobby Morris and Julius Morris.
Jean is survived by 8 children: Brent Brown of McQuady, KY; Doug and Scotty Brown of Hardinsburg, KY; Marcia Roberts of Kingswood, KY; Kathy (Gary) King and Connie Brown (Steve Spencer) of Westview, KY; Pam (Kenny) Phillips of Falls of Rough, KY and Crystal Brown (LaRay Huffines) of Harned, KY

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, May 11, 2023 at 12 PM with burial in the McQuady Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, 5-8 PM and Thursday after 8:30 AM.
