Regina Kay Payne, 52 of Owensboro passed away Sunday April 2, 2023. She was born on July 3, 1970, to parents, Ronnie Payne, and Faye Mann.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Ronnie, and Faye, and three sisters, Vicki Bailey, Janet Payne, and Lisa Hinkle.
Regina enjoyed tubing in the lake in Arizona and spending time with her family. Her special K-9, Toby, will miss her dearly. Left to cherish her memory is her brother, Randy Mann, and several nephews and nieces.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations go towards her final arrangements, they may be sent to Cardinal Cremation Society, 927 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303.
