Michael Earl “Red” Harris, age 72 of Cloverport, KY passed away February 27, 2023 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on July 17, 1950, son of the late Earl and Dorothy Edmonson Harris. He attended Cloverport Community Church and retired from Tell City Chair Company. Mike loved God, family and visiting with friends. In his younger years, he was known for his 66 red Chevy II. He was the 1982 Bluegrass State Champion D-200 Motocross Senior Class. Mike loved being outside working in the yard and on the farm and riding his bicycle, which he had done for 30 plus years. Mike touched the lives of so many and will be dearly missed by his family, friends and his dog Chloe.

2 children: David Harris of Cloverport, KY and Ashley (Jon) Burrell of Louisville, KY
5 grandchildren: Katlyn, Seth, Ryan, Lauren and Bella
1 brother: Larry (Margaret) Harris of Hawesville, KY
A Memorial service will be held at Cloverport Community Church on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at 2 PM.
