Harley David Blair, 44, of Philpot, Kentucky passed away November 29, 2022, at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born November 6, 1978, in Warrick County, Indiana to Irene Walker Blair and the late David Blair. Harley had a smile that could light up a room. He enjoyed camping, hunting and spending time with his nieces and nephews.
Harley is survived by his son, Preston Blair; three brothers; two sisters; numerous nieces and nephews and many friends.
Visitation will be December 7, 2022, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm. Burial to follow at Resurrection Cemetery.
