Rhonda Kay Wheeler, 67, of Owensboro, died Wednesday, November 14, 2018. She was born on July 3, 1951 in Daviess County to the late W.P. “Bubby” Wheeler & Ruby Sandefur Wheeler.
Survivors include her children; Jennifer Foster, Adam Thompson, and Scott Thompson.
Private Burial will be in Owensboro Memorial Gardens.
