Wesley Ray Eads II, 62, of Beaver Dam, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022 at Ohio County Healthcare. He was born January 8, 1960 in Elgin, Illinois to the late Wesley Ray Eads and Alice Ryburn Eads. Wes retired from Labor Union #1392. He served in the United States Navy.
Aside from his parents he was preceded in death by a great grandson, Beau Silas Harney.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his wife of 24 years on October 16, Sherry Eads of Beaver Dam; five children, Brent (Nici) Baize of Illinois, Wesley Ray (Ashley) Eads III of California, Steve Durbin of Beaver Dam, Sam Durbin of McHenry and Savannah (Dewayne) Shrewsberry of Beaver Dam; nineteen grandchildren, Raelee, Nathan, Alex and Jeb Baize, Conner, Hunter, Junior and Daniel Gaither, Kyle Durbin, Steffani Suter, Britteny Harney, Kailei Crowe, Dakota, Nathaniel, Madison and Dalton Durbin and Mackenzie, Mackiah and Mackeely Durbin; seven great grandchildren with one on the way; three brothers, Jeff Eads, Steven Eads and Tony Eads; his dogs, Cinnamon, Pete, Pippin and Luna and his granddog, Willy.
Funeral services will be held at 2 PM Thursday, October 13, 2022 at William L. Danks Funeral Home in Beaver Dam, Kentucky with Brent Baize and Ray Eads officiating. Burial will follow in Fisher Cemetery in McHenry, Kentucky with full military honors by the Ohio County Honor Guard. Friends may visit with Wes’ family from 10 AM until the time of the service Thursday at the funeral home.
