David Allen Blair, age 75 of Cloverport, KY passed away August 30, 2022 at the home of his son. He was born in Hardinsburg, KY on February 23, 1947, son of the late Allen K. and Myrtle Mae Hines Blair. David was a proud veteran of the United States Army having served during the Vietnam Era. He was a retired builder who enjoyed hunting arrowheads and watching TV. He was a member of the Hardinsburg VFW Post.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Glenna Doris Blair, his daughter Darlene Spencer and siblings Irvin Blair, Myrtle Mayville and Shirley Akers.
David is survived by his son and daughter-in-law: Derrick and Diane Blair of Sample, KY

Military honors will be held at the graveside at Ivy Hill Cemetery on Saturday, September 3, 2022 at 12 PM. Visitation will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Saturday beginning at 9:30 AM.
