Rev. Harry A. Dooley, age 86 of Falls of Rough, KY passed away July 3, 2022 at Breckinridge Memorial Hospital. He was born in Page, WV on April 22, 1936, son of the late Guy and Gladys Robinson Dooley. Bro. Harry served 8 years in the National Guard and received degrees from Campbellsville University, Western Kentucky University and Southern Seminary. He pastored many churches as well as serving in an interim position in Breckinridge and Hancock Counties. They include Hardinsburg Baptist Church, Goshen Baptist Church, Falls of Rough Baptist Church, Garfield Baptist Church, New Bethel Baptist Church, Friendship Baptist Church and Central Baptist Church. Bro. Harry always stayed busy playing golf, reading, fishing, running and bicycle riding.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings Guy, Tom, Mary and Dixie Dooley; Jenny Yalem, Frances Perry and Leota Dunn.

3 sons: Chip (Micki) Dooley of Owensboro, KY; Larry (Vicki) Dooley of Flagstaff, AZ and Charlie Dooley of Bowling Green, KY
8 grandchildren: Taylor (Andrew) Burden, Madison (Kanyon) Tapp, Adam Brown, Amy, Erin, Alexis, Faith and Hunter Dooley
2 great grandchildren: Margot Burden and Lauren Dooley
1 sister: Peggy Fitzwater (Tom) of Summersville, WV

Funeral services will be held at Trent-Dowell Funeral Home on Thursday, July 7, 2022 at 1 PM with burial in the Ivy Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 AM on Thursday.
