David Stilger, 71, of Owensboro, Kentucky, passed away April 20, 2022 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. He was born January 28, 1951 in Louisville, Kentucky to the late Clarence John Stilger, Sr. and Ruby Pauline Mattingly Stilger.
David, also known as Super Dave, always had a great sense of humor. He loved his dog, Rosie. David was honest and a man of his word. He made friends with everyone; he never met a stranger!
Along with his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Rose Marie Rogers.
David is survived by his siblings, Ray Stilger of Louisville, Kentucky and Clarence (Danica) Stilger, Jr. of Mustang, Oklahoma, his nieces Rajena Stilger Judd and Ashley (Eric) Stilger Coy, his longtime family friend Sherry Chamberlain, along with numerous family and friends.
Visitation will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm Monday, April 25, 2022 at Haley McGinnis Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial to follow at a later date at Rosehill-Elmwood Cemetery
