Tracy Thacker has been named to the 2025 Forbes list of Best-in-State Wealth Advisors, recognizing his work as a Raymond James-affiliated advisor in Owensboro.
The annual ranking, developed by SHOOK Research and released April 8, highlights top-performing wealth advisors across the country based on a combination of qualitative and quantitative factors. Thacker operates locally out of 2810 Frederica Street in Owensboro.
The list includes advisors from national, regional, and independent firms. This year’s ranking considered advisors with a minimum of seven years of experience and evaluated factors such as revenue trends, assets under management, compliance records, and industry experience. The evaluation period was from June 30, 2023, to June 30, 2024.
“This ranking is not indicative of an advisor’s future performance, is not an endorsement, and may not be representative of individual clients’ experience,” the release stated.
Roughly 9,722 advisors were recognized from approximately 48,944 nominations. Portfolio performance was not a criterion due to the wide range of client goals and the absence of uniform audited data.
Raymond James and its advisors do not pay a fee to be considered for the list. The firm is not affiliated with Forbes or SHOOK Research.
