Update, April 21 — A fourth person has been taken into custody in connection with the April 4 shooting that left two people injured.
Jodan Bellmar, 19, was interviewed by detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division and subsequently charged with first-degree assault.
Update, April 10 — Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division located and interviewed another suspect believed to have been involved in the shooting that left two people injured on April 4. On April 9, 18-year-old Ray Tallent of Owensboro was charged with first-degree assault.

April 5 — An 18-year-old and a 15-year-old have been arrested following a shooting that left two individuals injured Friday night, according to the Owensboro Police Department.
The incident occurred in the 1000 block of West 5th Street, where officers responded to a report of gunshots. Upon arrival, they found an abandoned vehicle with bullet holes near the H.L. Neblett Community Center, OPD said in a release. While investigating, officers were informed that two individuals had arrived at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital with gunshot wounds, authorities said.
Detectives with the Criminal Investigations Division continued to follow leads throughout the night and identified two suspects: 18-year-old Isaiah Jackson and a 15-year-old whose identity cannot be revealed due to state law. Both were taken into custody overnight and charged with first-degree assault.
Jackson was lodged at the Daviess County Detention Center. The 15-year-old, who was also charged with possession of a handgun by a minor, will be lodged at the Warren County Juvenile Detention Center in Bowling Green.
