Falling behind 2-0 to Ohio County, Trinity (Whitesville) boys’ volleyball bounced back to force a fifth set. Unfortunately, they fell short in the final set, losing the match 3-2 (15-25, 15-25, 25-22, 25-15, 11-15). Will Hernandez led the way with a team-high 25 kills, while Bransen Howard recorded 27 assists and a service ace. Steven James finished with five kills, four digs, and two service aces. Ian Roby had four kills and a team high three blocks, while Cole Roby posted four digs and one kill.
On the season, the Raiders are now 2-2 and return to action Tuesday at 6 pm, when they host Moore.
