Due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict, Vince Neil will no longer perform at Rock the DAM 8 on July 26 at the Beaver Dam Amphitheater. In his place, Pearcy & DeMartini performing RATT and Slaughter have been added to the festival’s lineup. LA Guns, Vixen, and SteelHeart will perform as originally planned.

Rock the DAM 8, part of the First United Bank & Trust 2025 Concert Series, kicks off with gates opening at 3 p.m. for the pre-show Corral Stage featuring Red Voodoo. The main seating area opens at 5 p.m., and the festival officially begins at 6:15 p.m. Fans in the pre-show corral will have first access to the seating area.

“Certainly, we’ll miss Vince this year. We were excited to bring one of that era’s most globally recognized frontmen to The DAM. However, we understand these things happen, and we’ll work to get him back for a future date,” said Heath Eric, promoter with The Eric Group. “That said, we wanted to go above and beyond to fill that space and bring added value to fans and the overall event. We are committed to offering and delivering exceptional experiences at The Dam, particularly for our annual trademarked rock festival. … This could be the biggest and most exciting Rock the DAM yet.”

Legendary frontman Stephen Pearcy and guitar virtuoso Warren DeMartini, the driving forces behind RATT, are back together in Pearcy | DeMartini, delivering the music that made their band one of the most influential of the ’80s hard rock era.

RATT’s signature Sunset Strip sound helped define a generation, turning them into one of the biggest rock acts of the mid-’80s. They headlined massive arena tours and sold multiple platinum albums. Now, they’re reigniting that fire with an all-star lineup featuring Carlos Cavazo (Quiet Riot, Ratt), Blas Elias (Slaughter), and Matt Thorne (Ratt).

“Never say never, right?” Pearcy said. “There was no question when the idea came up about doing something with Warren again. It wasn’t even a thought—it’s time. Let’s do this. Pearcy | DeMartini back in the cellar—let’s go!”

DeMartini added, “I am thrilled to get back in front of the fans, performing these songs they made famous.”

Emerging in 1990, Slaughter stormed the rock scene with their high-energy sound, dominating radio, MTV, and the U.S. touring circuit. Touring with rock giants like KISS and Ozzy Osbourne, the band quickly gained a reputation for delivering powerful live performances.

Their debut album produced hits like “Up All Night,” a raucous anthem that captured the excitement of rock ‘n’ roll excess, and “Fly to the Angels,” a heartfelt ballad showcasing their depth and musical range.
