Local stores in Wesleyan Park Plaza are celebrating their 3rd annual Block Party on Saturday, with several businesses offering deals and specials. There will also be live music, food, and more for guests to enjoy while shopping.
Organizers said the annual Block Party is the Plaza’s way of coming together and celebrating the small businesses that operate out of one of the city’s most popular shopping areas.
Lance & Co. Jewelers owner Mandy Collins said that customers can expect a bounce house, food, and music.
“This year, we’re having the Acoustic side of Uncharted playing an array of different music styles. They will keep us entertained during our shopping fun. We’ll have two different food trucks, Taqueria Mexican food truck and Peach Treats,” Collins said.
Each business along the strip will have different promotions throughout the day. The following businesses are participating:
