Daviess County Fiscal Court announced that Daviess County Solid Waste has released its final batch of compost for the year.
Approximately 450 yards are available on a first-come, first-served basis for $22 per cubic yard.
According to a release, the Class I compost can be used on lawns or flower gardens.
The landfill is open from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday and from 7 a.m. to noon on Saturday.
