While it’s hosted by the Owensboro Corvette Lovers Vette Club, the groups car show at Yellow Creek Park on Saturday will feature many makes and models of vehicles across several decades.
The show will run from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m. On-site registration be from 8-11 a.m. and costs $20.
Organizer Steve Rice said the show is open to vehicles from across the region and the groups welcomes all cars and trucks.
“We’ve put out flyers in shows in Louisville and Jasper and different places, and we’ll get cars from out of the region to come to the show. It’s open to everyone,” Rice said.
They will award trophies in various categories, including first, second, and third place for each decade, the best in show pre-1979 and post-1980 models, a Club memorial trophy honoring the top 100, and several sponsor trophies.
The event will take place in the front parking lot of Yellow Creek Park at 5710 KY 144.
