Empty Bowls seeking members for committee

Empty Bowls of Owensboro fights food insecurity and hunger and seeks people interested in serving on their committee.

They are accepting applications until February 29. Applications can be sent to [email protected].

As Empty Bowls of Owensboro continues to expand its impact and reach within the community, the organization wants volunteers to contribute their time, skills, and expertise to serve on its committee. Members play a vital role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction, fostering community partnerships, and ensuring the effective stewardship of the organization’s resources.

“We are excited to welcome new members to our committee who are passionate about addressing food insecurity and making a positive difference in our community,” said Tina Taylor, Chair of the Empty Bowls Committee. “Volunteering with Empty Bowls of Owensboro offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a cause that directly impacts the lives of individuals and families in need.”
