The 2023 Westerfield Electric Most Effective Use of Lighting Award was awarded to Owensboro Public Works.
Blue Line Entertainment Award in Schools, School Club, and Scouts:
- 1st Place: Heritage Christian School
- 2nd Place: Girl Scout Troop 1592
- 3rd Place: Daviess County Public Schools Transportation
Owensboro Health Award in Organizations and Clubs:
- 1st Place: Sleep in Heavenly Peace
- 2nd Place: The Gifts of 4-H

Lanham Logistics Award in Churches and Church Organizations:
