Two semi trucks collided at the intersection of U.S. 60 East and HWY 231 North near the Natcher Bridge, resulting in debris and two minor injuries Monday afternoon, according to local dispatch and Daviess County Sheriff Brad Youngman.
According to the Owensboro-Daviess County dispatch, the accident occurred at the intersection of U.S. 60 East and HWY 231 North.
According to dispatch, as of 2:39 p.m. the westbound lanes of U.S. 60 East and one northbound lane of HWY 231 are open. Eastbound lanes of of U.S. 60 East and southbound lanes of HWY 231 remain closed.
The collision only resulted in two minor injuries, according to Youngman.
