The Owensboro Police Department is investigating a Thursday night incident where a firearm was discharged multiple times and multiple vehicles and residence were struck. No injuries were reported.
According to a release, at approximately 8:55 p.m. OPD responded to the 1800 block of Oak Avenue for the incident. An occupied residence was struck once and an occupied vehicle was struck multiple times by gunfire. There was also an unoccupied vehicle and an unoccupied residence struck.
Detectives responded to investigate and anyone with additional information can call OPD at 270-687-8888, or leave an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers at 270-687-8484.
