The Owensboro Police Department is investigating a firearm discharge after a vehicle and occupied residence were both struck multiple times by gunfire Tuesday.
At approximately 10:19 a.m. OPD responded to the 1600 block of W. 9th Street for the incident, according to reports. No one was injured.
