An Owensboro man has been arrested for allegedly shooting at an occupied residence on Pennbrooke Avenue late Monday night. There were no injuries, according to the Owensboro Police Department.
According to reports, at approximately 11:24 p.m. OPD responded to the 1000 block of Pennbrooke Avenue for a firearm discharge. An occupied residence was struck one time by gunfire.
Detectives responded to investigate and located 27-year-old Cody Dennison several hours later. Dennison was arrested and charged with two counts of first-degree wanton endangerment and one count of possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
