The Owensboro Police Department is investigating a Monday night firearm discharge where an occupied vehicle was struck but no one was injured.
According to OPD, at approximately 8:33 p.m. officers responded to the area of East Byers Avenue and J.R. Miller Boulevard for the reported incident. An occupied vehicle was struck one time by gunfire.
