The inaugural “Homebuyers’ Parade” is set to take place in Owensboro this weekend, allowing attendees to check out homes that are currently owned but on the market. More than 30 homes will be part of the event, and we’ve got the full list.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Agents involved represent several agencies including Greater Owensboro, RE/MAX, Century 21, Triple Crown, Keller Williams, BHG, and Rose.
Agents Matt Oller and Jadon Crowe put the event together to “give many options to potential home buyers.” Oller also believes that this is a good opportunity for those who are house hunting or curious about learning more to “walk into a huge selection of available homes in the area.”
This event is also a chance for agents to collaborate in a new way and to come together as an industry.
“We thought this would be the best way possible to achieve such a large-scale event, a hallmark of the summer and something Owensboro will be known for having the tradition of,” Crowe said.
