Real Hacienda is returning to the road with a new food truck this week after a fire took their first truck out of commission last month.
Owner Armando Ortiz said the previous truck was a total loss, but coincidentally they were already in the process of adding the new truck to the fleet at the time.
The new truck was cleared by the Health Department on Wednesday, and Ortiz is wanting to get it on the road as soon as possible.
“We’re good to go,” Ortiz said. “It really is ready to go.”
