Impact100 Owensboro will be hosting a grant writing workshop to help local nonprofits understand the organization’s annual grant-awarding process. Any nonprofit in the Greater Owensboro area considering applying for an Impact100 grant is encouraged to attend.

The workshop will take place from 8:30-10:30 a.m. March 25 at First Christian Church Community Room located at 700 J.R. Miller Boulevard.

The Impact 100 Grants committee, board members and representatives from area nonprofits will share their experience. Nonprofits will have the opportunity to learn about Impact 100 grant eligibility and guidelines, best practices for the application, and what’s new in 2022.

“If you are a new nonprofit or are not sure if you want to apply this year, this is a great workshop to learn more about our grant process for the future,” said Beth Clements, Impact 100 grant chair.

Time will also be given to answer any questions applicants may have, as well as to network among those attending.

For social distancing purposes, Impact 100 is asking that only up to two members from each organization attend. Organizations wanting to attend or that have more questions are asked to RSVP to [email protected].
