Milligan’s Bar announced they will close their doors on January 20.
Owner Elizabeth King said the decision came after deciding they were “finished with this journey in our life.”
King said they will keep business as usual until they close on Saturday.
“Everyone will be missed, we are all like family here,” King said.
Milligan’s Bar opened the 2210 West 2nd Street location in 2019. They hoped to bring Owensboro back to life through providing a new bar experience.
