S&K Boutique will offer a “little bit of everything” when it opens Saturday. The grand opening will include giveaways and different prizes for customers.
Owner Savannah Helm said she currently has women’s and children’s clothing along with toys and accessories and candles. She is working on getting men’s clothing in the future.
Helm originally started doing live videos on Facebook selling purses and other things out of her bedroom. Now, she is excited to bring her products to a physical store, a long-time wish of hers.
Through Facebook, she has grown her following and is excited to give the people that can’t join her live videos something new.
The boutique’s website is still in the process of being developed but she assures it will be ready soon. Helm’s online presence has gained her a few customers as far as New York and some Midwest states.
But right now, she’s pouring her efforts into making the physical location the best she can.
“I definitely expected it to be crazy and I knew with two kids, it would be hectic but it’s definitely going to be worth it,” Helm said.
The boutique — located at 600 Park Plaza Drive Suite #1, behind Wesleyan Park Plaza — is open Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. It is closed Sunday and Monday.
