The Ohio River crested in Owensboro at 44.1 feet on Saturday, according to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. That’s the highest mark since it crested at 44.5 feet in 2019, and it reached 47.3 feet in 2018. The highest crest record in Owensboro was 54.80 feet on January 29, 1937.
