Cumberland Presbyterian Church and Harvest Baptist of Owensboro are hosting their annual drive-thru Living Nativity events this weekend month.
Cumberland’s event will run from 6-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. This marks the 23rd annual nativity event for Cumberland Presbyterian, located at 910 Booth Avenue.
According to the event flyer, visitors can see scenes of Mary and Joseph, shepherds, and the innkeeper. Live animals include a camel, donkeys, and sheep.
The event at Harvest Baptist will run from 5:30-8 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. The church is located at 4430 Old Calhoun Road.
Rather than static scenes, Harvest Baptist’s event is a drive-thru play titled “The Living Story of Christmas.” The presentation includes live animals.
