Brescia University will host a free Fall Festival on Saturday, Sept. 28, as part of its 2024 Alumni Homecoming and Family Weekend. The event will occur from noon to 2 p.m. in the Brescia University Quad and is open to the public.
Families are invited to enjoy games, inflatables, and other activities, and food and drinks will be available for purchase.
“We are happy to invite the community to this family-friendly event,” said Jake Davis, Brescia’s director of alumni relations. “In addition to festival snacks and inflatables, Brescia students, faculty, and staff will be hosting games for the whole family. We look forward to welcoming our community on the Quad.”
The festival will feature activities like face painting, a duck pond in the Brescia fountain, inflatable axe throwing, a soda ring toss, and more. Games and inflatables will be open until 2 p.m.
Additional events will follow the festival at 2:30 p.m., including a free screening of Inside Out 2 in Taylor Lecture Hall, a 3-on-3 basketball tournament at the Moore Center gym, and an interactive scavenger hunt in downtown Owensboro.
